The Rho Xi Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated was established on April 24th, 1991 by five women who felt it imperative for the sorority to convey its principles onto the Binghamton University Campus. Upon chartering this chapter, its members strived to engage in programming, community service, activities, foster scholarship, education and the organization of affiliated groups, for the purpose of serving, assisting, and the general betterment of mankind, with primary focus on the campus as well as its surrounding communities.
